Advocate Raymond Ashton is a partner advising local fiduciaries and multi-national companies on tax, trust and private client and anti-money laundering.
Raymond is a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. He is also the author of “An Analysis of the Guernsey Law of Trusts”, “Directors Duties and Responsibilities” and “Taxation in Guernsey – A Global and Regulatory Analysis”.
Raymond was called to the English Bar in 1979 and qualified as a Guernsey advocate in 1995. He has also been a member of the Irish Bar since 2003.
