The firm’s employment law department also advises on housing control (housing licences and lawful residence in Guernsey etc.), right to work and immigration issues.
The firm produces an employment law bulletin called “Guernsey Employment Law Watch”, which is aimed at keeping employers updated with employment law in Guernsey, including developments in the law, notable Tribunal cases, new legislation and commentaries on comparable or interesting employment law matters in other jurisdictions.
