Richard Torode

Richard Torode is the Head Conveyancing Clerk who has responsibility for managing the firm’s Conveyancing Department. He deals with all property matters including open market and local market sales and purchases, leases, planning and development for both individuals and corporate clients.

Richard joined the firm upon its formation in March 2006. He has been a conveyancer in Guernsey for over 25 years.  Richard has extensive experience of all property related matters in Guernsey.
